Hmm... The poor don't really pay taxes y'know, whether they're legal or not. Anyway, if so many Mexys are poor, perhaps it's because they send so much money back home (to their *real* home) -- to the point where such funds constitute the second or third (reports vary) greatest contribution the Mexican GDP. Besides which, that part about them paying taxes -- it's been removed from the bill.
